License Renewal

IMPORTANT: The Board has updated the online renewal process, so please read carefully

STEP ONE:

Key in all required information below and make the appropriate payment via credit/debit card.

 

STEP TWO:

Complete the renewal application and submit online. The link to the renewal application will be emailed to the email you select, or can be accessed by hitting “Continue” after your payment has been authorized.

 

The Board cannot process your renewal unless BOTH steps are completed.

For Renewals Paid by Credit Card Online

If your payment and form submission are late, you must include the applicable late fee(s) below with your renewal fee(s).  To determine if your submission is late, review the following:

  • If BOTH your payment and form are received on or before the expiration date, your renewal submission is not late.
  • If your license expiration date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday, the due date is considered the NEXT business day, so if you are submitting your payment and form on the NEXT business day, your renewal submission is not subject to the late fee.
  • If you make your payment after your expiration date, or fail to submit the renewal form until after your expiration date, your renewal submission is considered late and you will need to include the late fee.

To avoid delays in processing your renewal application, please submit the late fee(s) if applicable.  You will be notified if your renewal submission is subject to the late fee(s) and it was not included.
